It’s the caption that brings your post all together. This is where you can really get creative and personal. Captions can be educational and raise awareness, or they can be comedic and playful. Find the balance and identify what your followers will relate to most.
CAPTIONS AT THE CORE:
Use hashtags! Hashtag the brand, hashtag the product and hashtag anything you feel relates. Hashtagging will organize and categorize themes for people searching or exploring trends. This will increase your audience and could even land you more followers! #terrahealthessentials
Always include your promo-code and/or link and emphasize your discount! Make it easy for your followers to use your discount and ensure you get credit for your sales.
Avoid using profanity or mention of other brands and products.
Proofread! Check over your work and review to be sure all information (especially your unique link) is included and correct.
Promo-codes
Are the way in which we track your conversions/sales, in addition to the way you ensure you are receiving the 20% commission on the lifetime of your sales. You must make sure to let your audience know that the promo code is there to help them, by using your promo code at checkout they will receive a discount and without it they are paying full price!
Trackable Links
Are the same as promo codes in that they allow you to give your audience a discount at the same time as capturing your 20% commission. Some influencers prefer to use a link over a promo code, it’s up to you to decide what you’d like, below you will find some examples!
Hashtags
Are used to organize and categorize themes, ideas and trending topics, they can be a very useful tool in capturing a much larger audience. When using a hashtag, your image or video will be added to the group of images associated with that hashtag. Posting to the Feed Vs. Story

Stories
Stories are often posted as videos or a series of slides. Videos are more interactive and engaging for your followers. With Stories, you can create more of a conversation about why you love Terra Health Essentials. For example, sharing how to use our products, how you benefit by using them, and most importantly where your followers can buy Terra Health Essentials using YOUR discount. Be sure to keep in mind that Stories expire after 24 hours. You will need to post consistently and/or pin your Stories to your Instagram Feed to ensure a steady flow of commissions.

Feed Pictures
Pictures never die! The reason we ask for a picture post in addition to a story is because it will always be live on your Instagram feed. Your picture posts will help new followers that organically find you, learn about Terra Health Essentials, and grab your promo code and get a discount on their order. It’s very valuable for you to have picture posts with your promo code in the caption. Remember you can capture 20% of the lifetime of all your sales!
Add Your Custom Discount Link
to Your Instagram Stories

- Head to the Instagram app and swipe left. The option to post a story shows up. Either upload your photo/video or shoot your content within the app to post as a story.
- Once the content is inserted, swipe up to open the sticker tray (or click the sticker tray icon at the top of your screen). The Link option should show up near the GIF and poll widget options.
- Click on the Link option and paste your unique discount URL to the Story.
- The link then shows up as any other sticker on an Instagram Story. This Link Sticker can be moved around and placed on any part of the Story.
- This Link Sticker is clickable and once clicked, it takes the user to the URL published.
- Users can then post the Story on their account by clicking on the Share option.
