Christmas might look a little different for many of us this year, but sitting down to Christmas dinner is one thing that we can definitely still look forward to! In this post I’m going to share some tips to help you make sure your acid reflux doesn’t ruin your Christmas this year. Firstly, let’s face some facts. EVERYONE gets bloated at Christmas. Everyone eats too much and the “food coma” that happens afterwards is a very real thing! And that’s okay, it’s Christmas, it’s time to indulge! But when you have acid reflux, you do have to be a little more careful, or at least weigh up the pros and cons. For example.
