How many should I take daily?
Take 2 reflux inhibitors before your heaviest meal of the day and gradually increase to a max of 5 if needed. For help with your dosage, please contact us on Facebook messenger for a 1:1 consult.
Should I continue using proton pump inhibitors (PPI’s), including but not limited to Nexium, Prilosec, Zantac) while taking the Reflux Inhibitor?
We recommend you discontinue use of any PPIs while trying our Reflux Inhibitor. PPI’s only treat the symptoms by reducing your body’s ability to produce acid while the Reflux Inhibitor works to actually restore your stomach’s acidity to its natural level and heal your gut.
If I purchase your product, how do I stop taking PPIs – gradually or all at once?
We recommend that you initially try to stop PPI use all at once. If you experience significant discomfort as a result, you can instead gradually reduce your PPIs. That said, without the disruption of PPIs, the Reflux Inhibitor will work faster to heal your gut and restore your stomach’s acidity to its natural level.**
I have a stomach ulcer, is it safe for me to take the Reflux Inhibitor?
We don’t advise taking the Reflux Inhibitor if you have an ulcer.

Does this work if you have a hiatal hernia?
Yes, dosage will need to be adjusted but we’ve had success in treating this and will work with you on getting the right treatment plan in place.
Does this work for Barrett’s esophagus?
We have had success with some people who have Barrett’s esophagus but it depends on the severity of the case. If it’s super severe, then this may not be the right solution for you. If it’s more towards a mild case, then you are a great candidate.

I have/had H Pylori, will this help me?
H Pylori tends to be a marker of low stomach acidity so this can definitely help.
H pylori can often be brought on because of poor digestion. When you have low stomach acidity, food tends to ferment rather than being properly broken down which can lead to bacteria overgrowth. In this case, we recommend also purchasing our Advanced Probiotic to reintroduce more healthy bacteria to your gut.
Does this work for silent reflux?
