After 10 plus years on a PPI I was able to get off them !!! This is a natural supplement and with the RI, my heartburn is under control!!
Slippery elm bark is the bomb! I have had a little indigestion lately and was looking for a product with slippery elm bark to help sort of improve the under lying situation. There honestly aren’t a lot on the market, so I decided to try this product.A few years back, I had cancer and went through chemotherapy. While going through treatment, I discovered slippery elm bark as a way to keep the worst of the symptoms at bay. I used a powdered version that I would then boil. This was generally messy and the consistency is like snot…so not enjoyable. So, when I wanted to see if slippery elm bark would assist my current stomach issue, I wanted to find a pill option. This worked great!I would suggest taking it slow and if it doesn’t agree with you, try playing with the time and quantity. I found that one pill after breakfast was most helpful and I haven’t really needed any tums!
I used Terra Health's kit for 4 months to get off of the omeprazole I was prescribed for my LPR diagnosis. Nine months later, I'm still going strong- even after soending two weeks in the UK this past summer where I couldn't control any of the food ingredients at hotels or restaurants. Though I no longer need to take anything at all, I've found THE's Acid Relief with a large glass of water is always going to work better for me rather than taking a Tums. This company is amazing! I'm so thankful to have taken a chance on their system for 4 months in order to get me off of ppis and keep me off ppis!

They really work! I'd been on Pepcid and Prilosec off and on for years, had endoscopies, etc. I now can eat what I want, within reason, and if I feel some reflux, burning, I pop 1-2 Acid Relief and I'm good to go. I doubt anything is a miracle cure, one still needs to listen to their body and choose foods and drinks accordingly, but my experience with AR has been overwhelmingly positive. No more Pepcid, no more Prilosc.
These acid relief pills work great for heartburn and acid reflux. I have not taken any prescription meds in the past for these symptoms and was pleasantly surprised to discover that these pills actually work. I honestly haven't taken them on a daily basis as recommended. Instead, I have taken them several times over the past few weeks whenever I start having heartburn symptoms, and it has worked like a champ every time. This is a great option to help keep you off of prescription medications. I say that it's definitely worth a shot.
I suffer from terrible acid reflux. I take Zegerid early in the morning, at least four hours before eating, and then Pepcid in the afternoon. If I eat anything spicy for dinner, I suffer terribly that night. For this reason, I decided to try Terra Health Essentials® Acid Relief. I am SO glad I did because it has helped me more than I ever expected! I take one or two when I take the Pepcid and I have a nice evening with no acid reflux at all. My only problem with it is the cost. I will attempt to purchase more of it as it is so helpful, but $50 for a month's supply is a lot for someone on Social Security and a teacher's retirement!! It is cheaper (50 cents per capsule vs. 83 cents per capsule) if you purchase five bottles at once, but I really have a problem with spending $150 at once. It is worth it, trust me, but with inflation the way it is now, I'm having to choose between gas, food, and medicines. I do most highly recommend this product as it is amazing!!
Both my husband and I like this product. He uses it for occasional post-meal “heartburn.” I’m using it to help me with “rebound acid” (?) from trying to wean off PPI’s. (famotidine,etc.). To be fair, I’m using a variety of solutions and I don’t take this one every day. There’s a lot of experimentation going on, but I really like having this herbal product in my arsenal. I hope it works for you too!
I suffer from GERD and look for alternatives to pharmaceuticals. I’ve tried the Terra Health Reflux Inhibitor supplement, and while it sort of helped, I’m not sure it had all the desired effects, and after some time, I did notice that my stomach was a little upset by it. There was also the fact that it contained Betaine HCL, which the FDA has had pulled from over the counter medications. I would say that the Reflux Inhibitor is more for those nights you are wanting to recover from an all you can eat steak house. The Acid Relief supplement is something all together different. It has ingredients that are meant to sooth your digestive system and help it recover. There are things that I have taken and have noticed a difference, such as Aloe and Licorice root, but there are other ingredients I have not yet tried.I started taking this supplement without any major changes to my diet and found that I actually had a reduction in acid reflux and digestive inflammation. I then started to eat the food I like, but am supposed to avoid as it exacerbates my GERD symptoms, and yet this supplement helped keep things at bay. Combined with my usual antacid, this was a great combination to help keep things under control, but also help reduce inflammation and help my system heal. I am totally sold on this supplement and plan to continue taking it.
This stops my heartburn in its tracks!! I never want to be without it again! No more tasting pizza the next morning for me!! 10/10
I ordered these acid relief capsules by Terra Health essentials for my husband who has GERD. My poor husband suffers tremendously from the pain in his guts and the meds only offer a little help.We were excited to try this supplement because it’s all natural with a list of fantastic natural ingredients all proven to provide relief and help heal the gut.My husband is taking two capsules daily in the morning with a light meal. The capsules aren’t too big, they are easy to swallow. This contains 60 capsules or a 30 day supply. There have been no negative side effects since starting this supplement. So far so good.We are very pleased with Terra Health essentials acid relief. The current price is $49.95 will be a bit of a deterrent as far as repurchase but if it really works well it is worth it.

ACID RELIEF ACID RELIEF-BEST YET!! Ive been on Terra Health products for awhile now-few years actually! After trying several differnt PPIS/different strengths etc... and ended up with severe chest/arm pains and in the ER it was time for answers! NO more PPIS since Terra Healths ACID RELIEF! I also have used Reflux inhibitor before Barretts Esophagus diagnoses, and also digestive aid! All 3 are great products by far! When my gastro dctr asked what I changed bc my barretts was pretty much gone after a yr half of Terra Health Acid Relief-I told him no more PPIS for me only natural products! TERRA HEALTH CSTMR FOR LIFE FOR ME!PS- it took months bfre noticing what a difference these products have done for me!
I was taking antacid and acid relief and I think acid relief is better. The reflux is a lot more minimal now and im happy to only have to taken them, despite being skeptical at first, Im glad I gave them a try.
This product has changed my life. I've had acid reflux issues on and off for several years. As I've aged, it's been "on" a lot more.PPI'S are really bad, yet a lot of doctors recommend them. I was on Protonix (a PPI) for five years for extreme reflux and a hiatal hernia, after awhile they weren't working and my Gastro added another PPI to my regimen. PPI's drain all acid from your body so being a woman with a family history of osteoporosis, I wanted off of these drugs. I searched reviews for a natural product and decided to try Terra Health Acid Relief and Reflux Inhibitor. I weaned myself off of the PPI's over a 3 week period when I started the AR and RI regimen. Within a month I was feeling so much better and totally off PPI's. It has been 2 years and I take 2 AR directly after lunch and only take RI (normally 3 capsules) if I am going to eat something that triggers my reflux (tomato based products, spicy products, greasy foods, etc.). Hi, I was skeptical as I first started these supplements. I had been on PPIs for 12 years with terrible acid reflux every night and also had taken Zantac. When Zantac was recalled I was desperate to find something. I tried some other things and finally found Terra Health Essentials. I have had a rough time getting things straightened out but I am doing so much better now. I have been on the Reflux inhibitor and Acid Relief Supplements for 16 months. This really works! I can have some foods I couldn't eat before but I have to be careful and not eat them every day. This program works differently for everyone. Some people can come completely off of the supplements and do well. Some are successful after 120 days. I have had to stay on it but my problems are so much better. I strongly recommend these supplements to everyone trying to come off of PPIs. They work!

This product works really well, I have been on PPI's for some time, and they were not really helping my gerd and reflux issues. The terra health acid relief seems to be helping a lot more in the short time I have used it, and I can eat what I enjoy. Highly recommend it to anyone!
Be patient as it takes a week or so before it really starts working. But once it does you won’t ever need PPI’s ever again. Literally has helped my digestive system. From indigestion, acid reflux and bloating.
