โข Acid Relief (AR): Take 2 capsules once dailyโany time of day, with plenty of water. You can use additional AR for flare ups, up to 10 capsules per day, spaced as needed.
Day 8 and beyond (after stopping PPIs):
โข Reflux Inhibitor (RI): Take 2 capsules once daily, 5โ10 minutes before your heaviest, most predictable meal (often lunch or dinner). If symptoms persist, increase slowlyโup to 5 capsules once daily before that meal. Stay consistent and give changes a few days to gauge effect. Do not use RI with PPIs.
โข Acid Relief (AR): Continue 2 capsules daily (any time). During flares you may increase temporarily, up to 10 capsules per day, then taper back as symptoms settle. You may open AR capsules if swallowing is difficult; do not open RI.
Notes: RI works best as one concentrated dose before a meal; timing matters more than exact clock time. If youโre still on a PPI, use Acid Relief only until your provider okays stopping the PPI.
